Intro To Digital Photography

This course provides an exciting 3 hour glimpse into the world of photography.   Lead by expert photographers, it will take students on a journey through the fundamental photography concepts necessary to consistently produce exceptional photographs.

Designed to be a highly condensed version of our premier 4 week Master class.

By the end of this course each student should be able operate their camera in Manual mode, improve the composition of their photos, and have a solid understanding of how to better manipulate natural light and use flash to enhance an image.

This class is best suited to beginner photographers and is designed to rapidly introduce them to many new concepts.  It will provide classroom time and hands on practice with professional studio gear.  From here students can choose whether to continue onto our premier course designed to master each concept.

This class is limited to 5 people to ensure our students receive individual attention

Classroom training will cover key concepts including:

• Camera operation and exposure modes​

• How to quickly and correctly set exposure

• Understanding aperture, shutter speed, and ISO

• Gear selection

• How to use flash and light modifiers to enhance without overpowering a photo

• Focus modes

• How to create great composition

• Lens selection

Included studio training provides hands on practice applying the lessons learned during each class​

• How to use flash to enhance and not overpower photos

• How to use light modifiers​ to soften the light from a flash

• How different lenses alter the captured image

• Full refund available up to 10 days from class start date.  A credit will be issued up to 5 days.  No credit or refund will be issued within 5 days
